I tried another dating website a couple of years ago and went on about nine dates with different people - none of which went any further than two meetings. eHarmony's system ensured that, by the time I actually met Rob it was less likely there would be huge differences between us and that we were both prepared to put more effort into making a relationship work.
Then on a very cold and foggy Brancaster Beach in Norfolk, Rob proposed! I was slightly suspicious as he kept trying to tell me the fog and the marshes were romantic. Actually, it turned out they were. I was given a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring.
The wedding reception will be on the 23rd July 2011 and there have been further developments in our relationship recently; I am expecting a baby. It seems I was unable to choose the right person for myself but eHarmony did it in a month! Thank you eHarmony - you have sent me an angel.
