Louise: “I tried out eHarmony not because I was lonely but because I didn’t really want to be single and wanted to fall in love with someone special. I hadn’t tried anything like online dating before so I joined during the Free Communication Weekend and after filling in all the questions I think eHarmony knew me better than I knew myself!
It’s crazy to think that we were actually each other’s first date on eHarmony. We met up after two weeks of chatting and our first date was just amazing! And to think I hadn’t eaten for days before the date, I was so sick with worry! We knew straight away that we had to meet again and continued to speak every day and meet a couple of times a week, travelling between Leeds and Manchester. We had so much in common that we decided to date exclusively and booked a holiday away together.
I have never met anybody who makes me feel this way and my family are so happy. We lived in different towns so would never have met if it wasn’t for eHarmony. We didn’t go to the same places and we would never have just bumped into each other. Yet now, we’re so happy together. We have the same tastes, likes, dislikes and our friends even joke that Steve is like the male version of me! We’re both just really excited about our future together.”
