Our in-depth research has shown that when it comes to taking time for yourself, we Brits are not finding the right balance. To avoid feeling tired, burnt out, or even depressed, we need at least 20 hours of Me Time every week, an amount which more than a third of us are just not achieving.

We found that chores, personal admin, and even fear of missing out are all stopping us taking the time we need to relax, unwind and do something indulgent. Me Time also allows you space to work on yourself, whether that’s reducing stress levels, exercising your mind or body, or simply sorting out your love life.
